Korean Two-Pieces Tansu, Elm Wood
About the Item
This 19th century Tansu is composed by two overlapping parts. The front has one small door at the center with half-face hinge; the lock can be opened by a key.
The decorations here are quite sober, there are iron inserts at the corners and small handles on the front.
This Tansu is finished in brown, made by keyaki wood.
