A Exquisite Cloisonne Enamel Vase and cover Meiji period -Late 19th C Exquisite and refined four sided cloisonne vase and cover made in gold and silver wire with dragons and phoenix birds in different poses. The surrounding areas with flowering lappets and yin yang symbols, having goldstone highlighted motifs between each side against a black scrollwork ground. The colors, intricate panels with dragon and phoenix, boarders and amazing shape all contribute to make this a special, unique, desirable, and very collectible piece. It is in excellent condition . Size: H-19.5 cm. W-9.5 cm, diameter to the bottom 6 cm

A large antique Japanese late Meiji era covered Totai enamel on porcelain ginger jar. Circa: late 19th century to early 20th century. The ware is enameled with a polychrome fan shaped medallions with blossoming flowers, and butterflies, surrounded by floral and butterfly wings patterns made in the Cloisonne technique.
