About the Item

Here's a rare opportunity to acquire an Instant cat collection- 11 felines! We acquired these wonderful animals over the years from private collections. And now its time they find a new home and TLC. They would be an ideal conversational group work of art or make splendid gifts and largest measure up to 24" tall; smallest 10" tall; date to the 1950s; and are carved from teak and other soft and hard exotic woods coming from old Siam,the Philippines, Japan, and America. Most are in fine condition with one or two with hairline cracks from appropriate old age. Schneible Fine Arts has been dealing in authentic Chinese and Japanese antiquities, garden ornaments, lanterns and water basins for many years. Mr. Schneible personally travels to China and Japan each year to meet his network partners who assist him in finding best examples. He personally inspects each antique work of art to ensure its old age, authenticity, and quality condition. After accumulating a group, they are imported to Vermont and Maine in large containers.
