Japanese Big Bronze Crane Garden Fountain With Fine Details

About the Item

Just received from our last shipment from Japan- the first we've seen Japan, a fine tall large scale red crested bronze garden crane purposely crafted as a garden fountain with a water spout and serving as an attractive garden center piece. It was hand caste in a green finish bronze with fine wing, head, and foot details. The crane holds a fish in its mouth which features an exit metal tube for the water to exit. One of its feet supports a metal water entry tube (see photographs) . Attractive variegated green patina surfaces. Dimensions: 44 inches tall with a wing span of 27.5 inches Provenance: Old shiga garden Handmade. Hand cast. Beautiful hand cast detail with lovely green patina with realistic web feet- just the way we like to find them. Tough attractive patinated bronze resists inclement weather.
