We are delighted to offer this lovely Victorian pitch pine & Gesso circa 1860 fire surround
A very good looking and highly decorative fire surround, the gesso plaster detailing is exquisite, there seems to be a chap riding a horse, some pigs or boars and so it, its very very nice indeed
The condition is period, really its sublime for the age and the patina is the stuff of dreams, its has a rich warm colour throughout
