All pieces are hand carved and crafted from a single wood block for each piece. No nails or screws attached. The chairs features a sculpted back design. The set is artisan crafted with meticulous care. Given its handmade and hand-finished nature, variations and imperfections in the wood are to be expected and celebrated. The wood may be somewhat uneven, and or develop additional minor cracks over time, further enhancing its one-of-a-kind character. Very heavy and solid pieces.
