This original vintage mategot style magazine holder stand was produced in the 1950s in Austria. It is made of brass and metal with metal magazine holder sides in hole pattern optic. the magazine holder element on the top is made of brass. it features a looped handle at the top for carrying. The form of this magazine holder is reminiscent with design of carl auböck and Mathieu mategot…. The hole pattern strongly looks like a design by mathieu mategot. This item has a fantastic design and a nice size of 32cm in height and 41cm in length.
Straight forward and minimalistic design of the Bauhaus design era. This item is a wonderful addition to every modern home. The design is reminiscent with the design of Mategot, Hagenauer, Auböck etc.
