Trompe L'Oeil Italian Ceramic Woven Basket
About the Item
Trompe L'oeil round open basket with side handles deceptively made of ceramic. Made in Italy. The striking glaze finish mimics classic basket-making techniques with split wood. Functional and decorative at the same time.
Very good vintage condition. One small nick on exterior near base and one nick along top rim, as shown in photos.
Measures 13" wide to outside of handles x 4" high. Weighs 5 lbs.
