Decoration : Central mosaic of Dover Castele with dentil strinigng and foliate border. Side panels of cover with geometric decoration and dentil stringing. Stylised foliate banding to side panels of body with stickeware escutcheon. Interior with gilded paper lining and silk to underside of cover, several compartments for paper, envelopes, stamps etc
Size : 25.7cm x 16.8cm, 15.4cm height
Condition : Excellent, light wear with age, a little veneer loss. to the fornt left corner of base.
