19th Century Toleware Grocer’s Shop Tea Tin

About the Item

19th century toleware grocer’s shop tea tin, A beautiful decorative Grocers Tea Canister, it would have been filled with Tea for sale, it has a very attractive style. The lid is made in wood, it has TEA carved on it and the hinged top is sloped from where it would have been filled The toleware has the number 19 on the front and it looks in quite good condition, however some of the tin on the bottom has a few holes, this could be sorted with placing a liner on the inside The Caddy is 16” high and 11”x 11” deep AC264.
