Pair of 18th Century Baroque Style Patinated Bronze Candlesticks

About the Item

An impressive pair of Baroque style patinated bronze candlesticks with baluster form stem and tripod feet, Continental in origin (possibly Italian) dating to the 18th century, converted to lamps in the 20th century. The wiring and lamp fittings have been removed. Very good overall condition, with great patina, some spotting to the finish, and other imperfections and wear commensurate with age and use. Slight bend to the top of one candlestick. Dimensions: 23.5 in H x 7 in diameter. Ref: 8
