About the Item
A set of 4 impressive Antique German Silver Candlesticks. Each of these rather monumental Candlesticks is embellished with ornate chased floral, foliate and fruit patterning on the domed base and up the column. Each Base shows chased oval cartouches with classical portraits in the centre. These substantial Silver Candlesticks have Solomonic twisted columns and removable sconces. The Antique Candlesticks have wooden inserts in the bases for increased stability.
Made in Germany in c. 1890.

These Candlesticks have German Silver Marks.
This Set of Antique Candlesticks is in excellent condition with no damage.
