Our Antique Italian Altar Candlestick was beautifully hand-carved and gilded round 200-years ago and has weathered the test of time exceptional well. The Original Gilding still gleams and glistens in the light along with the subtle red undertones used prior to Gilding. Carvings are all very well executed and we do not see any evidence or prior repairs or refinishing.
