Louis XVI gilded bronze watch. Enamelled dial with hollow hands White marble pedestal richly decorated with gilded bronze, and in the center a bas-relief with an ibex / goat symbol of Bacchus. Zeus turns his illegitimate son Dionysus / Bacchus into a goat child. Model of the Universal Exhibition of 1867 Signature G. Leveque Guéret Gueret Founded by Denis-Désiré and Onésime Guéret in 1852/1853 at 7 rue Buffault in Paris under the name ‘Guéret Frères’.
