About the Item
The design of this cube sculpture or resin paperweight is attributed to the French artist Pierre Giraudon. The resin cube features old industrial elements of an automobile engine. Car gears fit into layered cast resin. The material has a natural yellowish coloring due to time. There is no designer's mark. Pierre Giraudon has combined art, nature, and science by perfecting the technique of molding flora, fauna, and industrial elements in resin.
The paperweight is in good condition, with a small chip on one corner and light surface scratches due to regular use, but they do not significantly affect the overall appearance.
