Early 20th century wig makers head stand Made from a cast metal form in the shape of a female head and still with its well-worn fabric mesh support section to which wigs would have been moulded at some point. Showing a great natural patination to its surfaces and stamped Brevete S.G.D.G. Size: H 10” x W 6” x D 9” Origin: Paris (France) Date: Early 20th Century Condition: Aged With natural wear and tear due to its years of use, in one solid piece with its fabric section worn as you may except.
