A charming early 20th Century Spanish bronze study depicting a young girl trying to escape from her high chair, exhibiting excellent rich brown and gilt patina and fine detail. Signed Juan Clara & numbered ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Height: 15 cm Width: 8 cm Condition: Excellent Original Condition with light wear to colour Circa: 1900 Materials: Bronze SKU: 8687 ABOUT Juan Clara ~ Spanish, 1875 - 1935 – specialised in sculptures of children. He took part in the Salon Nationale des Beaux Arts in Paris and was given an honourable mention in 1903.
