Very mysterious and imposing bronze sculpture depicting a mythical giant, half-man, half-ape, armed with a club and about to devour a dinosaur held in his left hand. Most likely of African origin, though it could also be an example of European outsider art. A sculpture that is very difficult to categorize due to its extraordinary appearance. Dating from the first half of the 20th century. A highly unique work with an exceptionally rare subject. Height: 65 cm.
