1948 Original Italian Hand Built Pedal Car
1948 Original Italian Hand Built Pedal Car. The most exceptional pedal car dated September 3, 1948 from Mantova. Scratch built by hand it would probably have been commissioned as a one of project. The car was made as a working pedal car with a strong bicycle based frame and pedal type assembly although we haven’t tested the mechanism and are selling this as a decorative car only. The chassis and frame is made of wood and the fenders with sheet metal.
WORKSHOP REPORT
Our workshop team inspect every product and carry out any needed repairs to ensure that everything leaves us serviced and maintained ready for many more years of life. All of our vintage products show the rich beauty and history of their life with the knocks and bumps of many years of use and we try to minimise restoration to keep every piece as original as possible.
