About the Item
A Spanish clay jar with glazing from the 19th century. This antique terracotta vessel from Spain has a beautifully bulbous shape, nicely ribbed texture, and rests upon a flattened base. The jar stands approximately 2.75 feet in height and has a single spout which projects out just above it's base. Remnants of light blue glazing are found throughout, and there is a fabulously weathered patina which shows it's rich history and use.
