Nevers Faience 'Pot a Oranger' adorned with painted farmhouse scenes and scrolled decoration in shades of blue (camaieu bleu). This circa 1780-1800 tin-glazed planter comes from Nevers, France, an important site of faience production in the 18th century. Unusually large size.
