Branded Series Set in Amethyst - Handmade Contemporary Glass Vessels
About the Item
The Branded series is a set of Modern design objects which each feature a hand impressed brand that highlights these wholly handmade vessels. For color, each piece features a transparent tone on the entire piece with an opal white overlay on the bottom that's thin enough to take on some of the transparent tone in a complimentary manner. The grouping is also available in blue and ruby as shown in alternate images. Priced for the set of two as shown.

FurthurDesign is a line of modern glass objects and lighting handmade by William Couig in Brooklyn, NY. The work has an aesthetic steeped in the 70's vision of future that William was raised on in film and popular culture. Created using traditional Venetian techniques, the FurthurDesign line utilizes the natural attributes and tendencies of glass to create logical design concepts. While each grouping has machine-made qualities, they have distinctly hand blown features and an organic appeal.
