Roger Guérin Studio Pottery Vase Belgium 1930s.
A wonderful early 20th century studio pottery vase by Roger Guerin from Bouffioulx, Belgium. His workshop was one of the best known in the area and gained a good reputation for making stylish and artisan studio pottery.
This particular vase shows a very timeless and modern looking design - and strangely enough it almost looks a bit like a hand grenade. Great tactile surfaces and nice colors - most notably the blue is very nice. Great piece. Great with and without flowers.
