A fine and impressive, large antique Edwardian English sterling silver jeroboam /double magnum bottle coaster; an addition to our ornamental silverware collection This fine antique Edwardian sterling silver jeroboam/double magnum bottle coaster has a plain cylindrical flared form to a spreading circular base. The surface of this large bottle coaster is plain and unembellished, with an applied molded border to the flared Chippendale style shaped rim. This underside of this impressive coaster bears the engraved retailer's mark 'Jays, 142-144 Oxford. St W. Silversmiths'. This fine silver coaster is displayed with a standard 750ml champagne bottle for illustrative purposes and can accommodate a larger bottle, up to 6" diameter (approximately). Condition This antique sterling silver bottle coaster is an exceptional gauge of silver, fine quality and in excellent presentation condition. Full hallmarks struck to the surface of the coaster are all very clear. A fine antique Georgian English sterling silver ‘madeira’ decanter label / bottle ticket made in Newcastle; an addition to our wine and drinks silverware collection. This fine antique George III sterling silver decanter label/bottle ticket has a subtly convex, plain rectangular rounded cornered form. The body is embellished with a simple tooled decorated border and the engraved name ‘MADEIRA' to the center.
