About the Item

See our store for a wide range of bar ware and accessories! This original Aldo Tura mixing pitcher with Stirring spoon will add a touch of refined Italian elegance to your home bar. Think stirred, not shaken! An essential bar tool for making classic cocktails in style, its boxed shape allows for fast and efficient mixing without the risk of tipping the jug. The wide top rim makes it easy to pour ingredients over ice, while the spout features a strainer for effortlessly transferring your mixture into the required glass. In typical Aldo Tura fashion this 1960s pitcher is covered in lacquered goatskin, while the handle and inlet are made from brass, as is the stirring spoon accompanying this pitcher. Compact in size, this mixing jug is in very good condition with only small signs of its age and use. The wooden base still has the original Aldo Tura sticker attached - suggesting that the mixing jug was handled with great care by its previous owner. Dimensions: Height: ca. 16 cm Width: ca. 8 cm Depth: ca. 8 cm Volume: ca. 330 ml (11.0 oz) Please note: With a lifetime of stories behind them, our vintage design items come with a bit of character. Like the best of us, they may have picked up some scratches and scuff marks, acquired patina, and that original shine may have faded a little. And like with most of us, the internal struggles are not always visible to the outside world. Our second-hand items may not fulfil state-of-the art safety standards and codes in your region. Inner faults may exist that were missed by us. Please always consult with a certified professional before installing any electrical items.
