Italian Creamware Tromp L'oeil Tureens in the form of Ducks, Nove di Bassano, circa 1800 The fine earthenware soup tureens are from Nove di Bassano. They are tromp L'oeil in the form of ducks on a mound. Pasquale Antonibon Factory - Nove (Period of Giovanni Maria Baccin 1775-1802 Dimensions: 11.22 inches high x 11.81 inches long (28.5 cm x 30cm) Condition: A small crack restored to one cover and some small chips. Nove is a town and comune in the province of Vicenza in the region of Veneto, north-eastern Italy.

Dutch Delft shaped Chinoiserie Polychrome plaque, Circa 1730-40 The shaped plaque has a raised molded border decorated with a series of alternating painted panels of flowers and Chinese auspicious objects. The central scene is painted with a slightly off-center table with a vase filled with flowers and a large parrot perched on the branches. Several flying bugs can be seen around the flowers. To the left is a gardener with two watering pots at his feet. The whole in a puce, yellow and green palette. The top is surmounted with a blue shell pierced with a suspension hole.
