About the Item
A very elegant French 19th century Empire Neo-Classical st. silvered bronze three tier plateau. The centerpiece is raised on three paw shaped feet. Each tier in graduating size has a mirror base and is wonderfully decorated with a pierced gallery of swans, lovely urns, scrolled rosettes and cornucopias. The reeded central fut is topped with a berried finial accented with acanthus leaves.
