About the Item

A collection of ten English ‘Liberty Year’ Mugs produced between 1979-1999 for Liberty of London, a luxury emporium described by Oscar Wilde as "the chosen resort of the artistic shopper". The mugs are duck-egg blue, and decorated with a variety of floral motifs, each with the Liberty logo and the year they were released across the bottom. Made by Poole Pottery and Adams ironstone, a member of the Wedgewood Group. Dimensions per mug.
