UGO ZACCAGNINI - Vintage exceptional pair of twin handled Italian studio pottery majolica vases - wheel thrown with hand modeled and applied 'grapes' decoration - leaves and vines forming the handles - each vase unique - each signed with a 'Z' and branch strike through on the base - manufactured in Florence - Italy - circa 1940's.
Excellent vintage condition - with firing cracks to a few of the leaves as part of the manufacturing process (one photographed) - slight variations in size - minor grime and glaze scuffs that come with age and use - no chips - no loss - no damage - no repairs.
Size of Each - Medium - 6 1/4" (16 cm.) Diameter x 8 1/2" (21.5 cm.) High.
