19th Century Italian Parcel Gilt and Rose Glass Liqueur Set Tantalus

About the Item

Antique late-19th century Italian exquisite glass liqueur set, consisting of three liqueur bottles, 3 decanters with stoppers, twelve small glasses arranged on two tier. This antique Italian tantalus has a circular pyramidal frame, an elegant gilt metal Louis XVI style structure topped by a central glass vase, decorated with twisted profiles, with a mirrored base and curved feet. Each glass piece is original, in perfect condition, features ruby shades, is finely enameled with scrolling, floral and foliate decorations and gold profiles. A superb and very rare Italian tableware, coming from a Bolognese private collection, in great condition. This artwork is shipped from Italy. Under existing legislation, any artwork in Italy created over 70 years ago requires a governative license for export called Belle Arti. The shipping may require additional 2-3 handling weeks to require and get the license according to the final destination of the artwork. Measures: height: 36 cm, diameter: 25 cm.
