Antique George I Sterling Silver Tazza / Plate 1721 Early Georgian, 18th Century

About the Item

A lovely Antique George I solid Silver Tazza. The flat dish stands on a tall spread pedestal foot. This simple, elegant style is typical of the early Georgian period, although the circular texturing in the centre is unusual. Made in London in 1721 by Hugh Arnett and Edward Pockock. Approx. Weight - 376g / 12oz Approx. Diameter - 19.6cm Approx. Height - 5.6cm Signed/Inscribed: Full English Hallmarks. This Tazza is in very good condition with a wonderful patina commensurate with age and use. STOCK CODE - EAR01 BOW01MS GEO01.
