Old Paris Porcelain & Gilt Bronze 'Forget Me Not' Four Tiered Compote/Tazza, France, Circa 1870s A quietly stunning Napoleon III Old Paris Porcelain and Gilt Bronze "Forget Me Not" Four-Tiered Compote/Tazza dating back to the 1870s. This exquisite piece stands at an impressive 16 inches tall and features a beautifully crafted gilt bronze acorn finial at the top. The compote is composed of four tiers, each varying in size: the top tier is a 3-inch diameter dish, followed by a 6-inch diameter second tier, a 7.5-inch diameter third tier, and an 8.25-inch diameter base. Made by the renowned Old Paris Porcelain Factory and inspired by the Sevres porcelain style, each tier is adorned with gilt rims and hand-painted with delicate sprays of Forget-Me-Nots. This versatile piece is perfect for displaying flowers, nuts, candies, fruits, desserts, or similar items. It remains in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or repairs, though the interior center metal support has been replaced. This elegant compote is ready to be placed and used, making it a beautiful addition to any collection or interior.  Overall Measurements: Standing 16 inches high x 8.25 inch diameter  Top Tier 3-inch diameter 2nd tier, measures 6 inches in diameter. 3rd tier measures with a 7.5 inch diameter,  Bottom rimmed base has an 8.25-inch diameter.
