The surface of each solid silver mug is encircled with two fine and impressive broad bands of tooled decoration, in addition to the contemporary bright cut engraved crest of a spur erect between two wings. The upper rim of each mug is encompassed with a plain applied moulded border. Each mug is fitted with a plain C shaped handle, with tapering sockets. The underside of each mug bears the retailer's mark 'Hunt & Roskell'. These exceptional mugs retain the original gilded interiors. These twelve impressive antique silver drinking tots are fitted to the impressive hinged wood presentation box with satin and velvet lined interior.
