An Edwardian Art Nouveau sterling silver Tazza designed by Kate Harris for W.G. Connell. The Tazza is of octagonal form, with a chased foliate decoration to the bowl, and sits on three pierced scroll legs. It is hallmarked with the makers mark of W.G. Connell, with London assay mark, and date letter 'f' for 1901. Assay: - .925 (Sterling Silver). Period: - 1901. Engraving: - Engraved with the retailers mark 'W.G. Connell, 83, Cheapside, London' to the base. Maker: - W.G. Connell. Measurement: - 13.8cm (diameter) x 6.7cm (height). Weight: - 130.8 grams. Condition: - Light surface scratches and marks associated with a piece of this age. There are no dents, splits, or repairs to the bowl or feet. Please see photos for confirmation of condition.
