A Rare Coburg Pattern Sifter Spoon Made in London in 1853 by George Adams The Sifter is modelled in the rare Coburg Pattern, with crisp detailing, including the raying shell on the reverse of the bowl. The circular bowl is pierced with scroll work and the top of the stem is engraved with a contemporary Crest, below the Coronet of an Earl. The Crest and Coronet are those as used by William, 2nd Earl of Craven ( 1809-1866). Additional information: Length: 6.4 inches, 16cm. Diameter of the bowl:1.9 inches, 4.75 cm
