Fabulous Japanese large pot with the well known Thousand Faces scene, meiji period. The Meiji era is an era of Japanese history which extended from October 23, 1868 to July 30, 1912. This beautiful "Thousand Face" design pot, circa 1890-1912, is from the late Meiji era.
