Vintage "Cabins" Single Sided Porcelain Neon Sign
About the Item
Vintage neon sign advertising cabins for rent. This piece features a bold Bauhaus-style font in white set against a dark background. The lettering has been traced in a turquoise neon which gives high contrast against the porcelain's dark background.
This sign has had new neon and cans installed, but the paint has not been touched up and is being sold as it was originally displayed. This sign has had a wooden crate built around it that can be removed for final placement and display. The wooden crate is not meant to be a permanent addition to the exterior of the sign.

- Condition:Repaired: This sign has had new neon gas, glass, and power supplies installed. The solid state power supply results in minimal to no noise when compared to old power supplies for neon signage. This sign is virtually silent. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses. Aside from the replacement of glass and electrical components as described, the porcelain enamel sign has not been touched up. The porcelain enamel sign may exhibit some signs of wear including minor chips to the enamel.
