About the Item
This beautiful little pendant is a fine example of the work of the Steuben Glass Co. This particular model is done in what is called "calcite". When unlit it resembles a pearl in color. When lit it turns into a warm light yellow color. Yes, it's a bit of Steuben magic. We personally have several example of calcite lighting in our own home. Besides the pearlescent and soft yellow colors the glass is also hand etched in a pleasing pattern.
This is perfect for a small area such as an entryway, hallway, or even a bedroom. It can be lengthened if desired by changing out the chain.
A really fine piece of antique lighting. Newly rewired for safety.
