A magnificent and monumental Murano chandelier of triple tiered construction, composed of multiple scrolling arms with flame shaped bulbs issuing from a tall central column each arm is richly twisted and detailed, terminating in foliate bobeches adorned with Amber Gold, glass flowers, and applied decoration, the chandelier, cascades downward in layers, creating a striking interplay of light and color with a deep amethyst glass, highlighted by jewel like yellow accents. The proportions are dramatic with over 8 feet in height with a wide lateral spread ideal for installation in a double-height foyer stairwell or ballroom. The craftsmanship reflects the traditional Venetian techniques of Murano masters, where each element is hand blown and individually applied, resulting in subtle variations that a test to artisanal work.
