About the Item
This unique acrylic and mono filament, pendant lamp comes from the Czech Republic. Made in the 1950s, the details are what make it interesting. The two metal balls at the top and bottom of the shade accent the acrylic shape while the stripes bring the curved forms out, at the same time connect the two points (metal balls) visually. The mono filament adds a third visual accent to complete the form of the shade.
The ceiling cup is made from thick aluminium and gives the the lamp an Industrial quality that fits well with the acrylic.
