Poul Henningsen PH5 Mini Pendant in Copper for Louis Poulsen
By Poul Henningsen, Louis Poulsen
Located in Tilburg, NL
Poul Henningsen PH5 mini pendant for Louis Poulsen. Designed 1958, Mini in 2017. New, current production. Poul Henningsen developed the PH 5 in 1958 in response to constant changes made to the shape and Size of incandescent bulbs by bulb manufacturers, naming it after the Size of the pendant’s main shade, which is 50 cm in diameter. When the lamp was introduced, he wrote, typically daringly, about how he had lost faith that the manufacturers of incandescent light bulbs would ever learn to consider common sense or have the consumer’s best interest at heart: “I have accepted fate, and with Louis Poulsen's permission I have designed a PH fixture, which can be used with any kind of light source, Christmas lights and 100 W metal filament bulbs. Although a fluorescent tube would be too much to ask in the existing form!” At the time, now one knew that the PH 5 would become synonymous with the PH light...

At the time, no one knew that the PH 5 would become synonymous with the PH light, which remains 100% glare-free, irrespective of how the light is installed or which light source is used. Verner Panton 'Fun 3DM' Chandelier Lamp in Sea Shells and Wood for Verpan
By Verpan, Verner Panton
Located in Glendale, CA
Verner Panton 'Fun 3DM' chandelier lamp in sea shells and wood for Verpan Verner Panton was one of Denmark's most legendary modern furniture and interior designers. His innovative experimentation with new materials, bold shapes and vibrant colors shines through in his most iconic pieces, faithfully and sustainably re-editioned by Verpan since 2003. First designed in 1964, the 'Fun 3DM' has long been considered Panton's greatest masterpiece in lighting design. Featuring an array of circular sea shells connected with stainless steel rings and artfully suspended in 3 clusters from a central canopy, the 'Fun 3DM' highlights the unmistakable brilliance of Panton. Created to be equally appealing alone or displayed in clusters, and whether illuminated in a brilliant warm glow or powered off with the shells' organic properties on display. The 'Fun 3DM' is executed in sea shells, stainless steel rings and a white wood canopy...
