A Paavo Tynell Commissioned Chandelier, 1950s
About the Item
A large and magnificent custom made Paavo Tynell lamp commissioned for the work residence of Juuso Walden one of the previous CEO`s of Finnish giant wood company UPM.
Although this lamp had fabric shades originally, we feel that these rattan shades suit this version lamp much better. The light filtering through the rattan is very warm and very pleasing to the eye.
This lamp retains it's original beautiful patina, and is in very good condition indeed. It is a joy to look at and admire, and will surely add value to any interior it is added to.
