Sunburst Crown Flush Mount with Foliage Details, Gilt Iron, Frosted Glass
Hand-hammered iron sunburst crown ceiling light fixture with frosted glass panel difusser. Spain, 1950s.
This ceiling flush mount was handcrafted in Spain at the Mid-Century Modern period in the style of Brutalism. The body of the light fixture is heavily decorated by the hammer marks and it has handcut iron leaves. It has a nice aged patina with gilt finishing and it provides a good amount of light throught the large glass difusser.
It can be placed as a flush mount or as a pendant chandelier hanging from a chain at the desired height.
Rare find. Entirely made by hand. Patinated in gilt color.
