Pair of Iron Caged Venetian Glass Flush Mount or Sconce, Italy 1950s

About the Item

A set of two hand blown Italian flush mount, fabulous Venetian caged light smoked or amber glass in a iron frame. It can also be used as wall light as the globe is held tight to the fixture with screws. It is in fabulous vintage condition and has a new socket. Please see photos. Metal plate circa mid-20th century, but we were told that the caged glass is probably much older. The Fixture requires one European E27 / 110 Volt Edison bulb, up to 100 watts. A nice addition to any room. Found at an estate sale in Modena, Italy. If there is a Lightbulb shown in the pictures they are not included in this offer.
