Midcentury French Louis XV Iron and Crystal Pendants Four-Light Ceiling Lantern
About the Item
Crafted in France circa 1970, and square in shape, the lantern built of iron is decorated throughout with colorful crystal pendants, including bunch of grapes motifs. The tall lantern features a scrolled top, and is decorated with a pierced ornate body embellished with acanthus leaf and floral motifs. The fixture has four inside lights newly wired and dressed with decorative sleeve covers. The Gothic style ceiling light is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, and adorns a wonderful patinated bronze painted finish with some gilt accents. Hang this elegant and colorful lantern in your entry or powder room for the ultimate Old World look.
Included: A canopy, loop, and chain, each color-matched to the fixture.
