1960 Switzerland Temde Table Lamp Murano Glass & Brass
About the Item
Elegant vintage design table lamp with white Murano glass body with color accents on brass base. The light bulbs can be switched separately (0-1-2-1-0). The lamp shade is made of fabric. Manufactured by the German/Swiss company Temde Leuchten in the 1960s.
Measures: body height 19.7" in. (40 cm), body diameter 11.8" in. (30 cm), height of the lamp shade 13.7" in. (35 cm), diameter 25.8" in. (65,5 cm), total height 17.7" in. (45 cm).
Lighting: takes one large E27 base and one small E14 base Edison screw bulbs. Lights can be switched seperately.
Condition: very good condition. No imperfections to the glass. The shade with strong signs of age and wear, several stains.
Wiring: The lamp has been tested with US American light bulbs under 120v and works flawlessly, no tools or rewiring required. All our goods are originally wired for 220v. Delivery without bulbs.

Absolutely stunning and very rare biomorphic floor lamp by Temde Leuchten, Switzerland / Germany 1960s. The lamp base is in excellent vintage condition and the lamp is in great working order as can be seen in the pics. The lamp is fitted for two general E27 lightbulbs that can be switched on and off individually or both at the same time by the pull switch cord. The lamp will come with its original lampshade bracket so easily to reupholster again but please be aware that the fabric shown in the pics was too far gone so this will not come with the lamp.
