About the Item

An impressive 34 cm tall this original 1930's Art Deco cold painted spelter table lamp is P. Sega , France and features a young lady holding aloft a foliage. Kneeling on an onyx base she is in beautiful condition with hardly any visible wear to the her body and the varying shades of gold to her robe and hair. She's totally original no over painting so often found nowadays. The detailing and craftsmanship is wonderful and at every angle either switched on or off she looks amazing. Some signs of age to the base but for it's 90 odd years to be expected. For the photos of the lamp on with a small bayonet bulb (classic B22 base).
