Danish Michael Andersen & Søn Table Lamp Brown Ceramic with Zig Zag Decor 1960s
About the Item
Danish Mid-century large table lamp from the Michael Andersen & Søn ceramic workshop on Bornholm. Made ca. 1950s to 1960s.
The lamp feautures a deep brown haresfur like glaze and has a simple yet stylish impressed zig zag decor around the body.
Fully marked on bottom with Michael Andersen & Søn logo.
Included is a new lampshade designed and made in Denmark. It is made of woven fabric with some texture and it is natural white. It has a top cover so it will spread a cosy light downwards.

Height including lampshade as seen in photos: 48 cm (18.90") (height can be adjusted)
Height with socket: 33 cm (12.99")

Lightbulb: For type E26/E27 Edison screw-fitting.
The lamp is made for Scandinavian outlet. If you use other plugs in your country you can either use an adapter or exchange it with a plug used in your country.

- Condition:Additions or alterations made to the original: We have added a new lamp shade. Wear consistent with age and use. Very good vintage condition. There is a burning crack from production at the hole for the wire at bottom back. This is overglazed at the glazed part and shows a short hairline at the unglazed part on bottom. No chips, crazing or repairs.
