This is a very charming mid-century studio pottery table lamp in chamotte clay with rattan shade. It is a very beautiful and quintessentially mid-century studio pottery table lamp with a period rattan shade. Great colors shifting from red to brown and black. High quality production with a very beautiful period socket in patinated brass. The rattan shade combines wonderfully with the rough and earthly colored base in chamotte clay.
Wonderful tactile piece with a true wabi sabi character - it will no doubt be a great piece on any desk, sideboard or cabinet.
It comes in a very good vintage condition.
