About the Item
This impressive and high quality lamp was made in Austria ca.1910 and is done in the Vienna Secessionist style. This also works well with the Arts & Crafts design in one's home.
The large hand blown shade is opalescent with glass red lacing all around. Looks beautiful both lit and unlit. The base is cast iron and has a rich handsome original patina. This lamp is larger than most of this style. Bigger shade and taller base.

A very nice clean example of a leaded glass table lamp from the early part of the 20th century. The lamp was made by Lamb Bros. The ring on the top of the shade was done by Lamb Bros. The heat cap and finial are also the work of Lamb Bros. It's an antique leaded glass made famous by Tiffany. The floral shade is colorful and has just a couple, (I see just 2) that are closed and secure, not uncommon on these lamps. The condition is actually amazing as it has no broken tiles. The base is very art nouveau and a particularly nice example.
